HAND THERAPY TOOLBOX

Refund Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

All sales are final. Access to the full Toolbox is delivered immediately after payment, so purchases are not refunded once they are made.

Try it first

Carpal Tunnel Release is open as a complete free sample, and the full list of protocols is visible before you buy. Please use them to decide whether the Toolbox is right for you.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate charge will be refunded. If you paid and your account did not unlock, email support@handtherapytoolbox.com from the address you signed in with and it will be fixed.

Disputes

If a payment is disputed or reversed with your bank, access tied to that payment is removed.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
